"I Could See For Miles, Miles, Miles"

After several weeks at home rehabilitating a leg injury, I am finally back in my beloved city today! It feels exciting to be able to see my friends again here this weekend. Today's look is a comfortable traveling outfit. It's about as casual as I will get! I'm wearing an old men's plaid flannel shirt (either from my dad or grandpa) that I took it on the sides, with a belt. My mother made me this gorgeous purple, blue, and green infinity scarf that's been one of my go-to winter staples because of how soft and cute it is. I'm wearing my Uniqlo heat tech corduroys and my snow boots from Clark's. I feel like I'm bringing a little bit of Wisconsin country to this city with this look, and I love that. Going back and seeing my New York friends reminds me of all of my UW-Madison friends that I haven't seen in ages, so of course today's song of the day is by Bon Iver.

Style Tips: Snag a large flannel shirt from a man in your life. It's great to wear with skinny pants or leggings and boots, or you can even dress it up with a girly wedge.

Outfit highlights: Snow boots by Clarks and corduroys by Uniqlo.

Song of the Day: "Holocene" by Bon Iver
