NYFW 2016: Georgine

Georgine is always one of my favorite shows to check out each season, whether I am able to attend or not. I'd like to thank Ben Benson for all of these fantastic shots of the collection, as well as a few behind the scenes photos! I've included my favorite shots and looks in the blog.

This season was feminine, with luxe details in lace, fur, and sparkle and shine throughout. The somewhat pastel color palette included a bit of pale pink and baby blue with plenty of black, gray, and beige neutrals in the mix. A standout piece from the collection was the tan coat with ombré blue two-tone sequins trailing down to the hems that would make any head turn. As usual, Georgine has prepared her elegant women for a fanciful life, but I was happy to see that she still included some wearable pieces for practical work days. Cheers to another season!
